Seronok gak aku rasa bila keja pat negara lain. yang best part...bile time nak raya. ni kali aku rasa seronok sgt nk balik beraya. 2 tahun tak dpt sambut aidilfitri dgn famili...rasa mcm tak complete ah!

Be content with that Allah has given us and we will be the richest of people.

Ada banyak lagi kerja yg halal selain mencuri.

Only people in pain can do painful things. Only people who have been hurt can hurt others. Only people with closed hearts are able to act in less than loving ways.

Missing you

Tonight my only hope is to see you in my dreams.
 You are always on my mind.

I now release anger in positive ways.
I love and appreciate myself.

Sometimes it lasts in love, but sometimes it hurts instead.

I choose to remember that every problem has a solution. And to know that this, too, is something i can deal with. Because I choose to look at a situation in this way, the present problem is a temporary thing to me. It is something that Im working through. I choose to let go of feeling sorry for myself. Im willing to learn the lesson and to open up to the good that the Universe has offer to. I choose to be willing to change. I accept the fact that I will not always know how things are to be worked out. I can trust and I can know. Everything is working out for the best. All is well. 

We all travel different roads to our ultimate destinations. For some of us, the path is rockier than for others. But no one reaches the end without facing some form of adversity. So rather than fight it, why not accept it as the way of life? Why not detach yourself from the outcomes and simply experience every circumstance that enters your life to the fullest? Feel the pain and savour the happiness. If you have never visited the valleys, the view from the mountaintop is not as breathtaking.

I am learning about love and respect at my job. 

I admire the people I work with.

Even in the most difficult situations,
When you focus on what is right
In the present moment, it makes you happier, today.
And it gives you the needed energy and confidence
to deal with what is wrong.

Albert Camus once wrote, "In the midst of winter, 
I found there was within me an invincible summer. We really don't 
discover how powerful and resilient we are until we face some 
adversity that fills our minds with stress and our hearts 
with pain. Then we realize that we all have withing the courage 
and the capacity to handle even the greatest curves life may 
throw our way. Hard times do make us stronger.

Ability to Delegate Tasks

Trust is an essential element in the relationship of a project leader and his or her team. You demonstrate your trust in others through your actions - how much you check and control their work, how much you delegate and how much you allow people to participate. Individuals who are unable to trust other people often fail as leaders and forever remain little more that micro-managers, or end up doing all of the work themselves.
